1) Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2) Remove the biscuits from the package and use a small shot glass or tiny round cookie cutter to cut out 2 mini biscuits from each large biscuit. (Feel free to save the extra pieces of biscuit to bake for later!)
3) Arrange the mini biscuits on one sheet tray. Using the ground turkey, form 12 meatballs and arrange on a separate sheet tray.
4) Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove the biscuits. Continue baking the meatballs for another 5-7 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatballs reach 165°F.
5) While the meatballs and biscuits are baking, make the hot honey by adding honey, red pepper flakes, and white vinegar to a small saucepan.
6) Over medium high heat, bring this mixture to a simmer then turn off the heat. Stir well to combine all of the ingredients.
7) Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the honey into a small dish or jar to remove large red pepper flakes.
8) Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the honey into a small dish or jar to remove large red pepper flakes.
9) Drizzle with some of the hot honey and enjoy!
